2657. Annual Governance Statement
The Annual Governance Statement was read out and agreed by all Councillors present and signed by the Chair and the Clerk.
2658. Approve accounts ending 31/03/2017
The accounts have been to internal audit, with no issues arising. They were approved by the Councillors and will now be displayed on the village website, displayed on the noticeboard and submitted to Grant Thornton for external audit.

Cllr King gave a report of the recent village meeting regarding the proposed poultry unit.

Cllr King advised that there is a fallen tree obstructing the footpath at St Leonards Church.
Cllr Lusty raised overgrown hedges along Deverill Road.
