I am the great, great nephew of William Lane Service number 6930 from the Australian 49th Battalion buried in the WW1 section of the cemetery.  I have noticed that other diggers, as we call them in Australia, have further information about them.  I would be happy to furnish your website with further details.  Even to this day my mother becomes teary when she recalls her grandmother, William Lane\'s sister, telling her about how devastated she was when news came of his death.  My mother is the only family member who has visited his grave.  It is my intention to visit his grave during one of your commemoration days where children from the local school place flowers on the grave.
